When i came to Hyderabad i did not know any thing about professional cooking, I used to cook at home for my family.But over a period of 5 years in the restaurant industry i have learned everything on my own by looking at other. Previously i was the owner only but due to lack of master and chef ,i overtook the job on my shoulder and learned everything. Now i teach the chef or helpers who are appointed in our restaurant . i guide them.



Now my helper and chef do all the cutting and everything and then i cook the food according to customers order.We have to plan well in advance what things have to be done tomorrow and if any items has to be brought then we plan in advance only, so that there is no problem while executing the order of the customers.We at Hyderabad Taste of Rajasthan have a team of 8 people which includes chef,master,helper ,waiter,owner,cashier and dishwasher person.We started our restaurant in 2015 and still we are going well in spite of Covid 19 cases.There is only take away and parcel.There is no dine in.We also accepted order from online food portal websites like Zomato, Swiggy and Dunzo. Now we are planing to start online booking of order through our website in a shot period of time.We are also going to launch two more restaurant namely Hyderabad Treats cafe and Royal Food Court which will be serving fast food and Chinese food separately. We are very famous for Phulka, Chapatti and Roti. Large part of sale comes from veg Thalis, dal bati churma and Chinese dishes. We also serve Punjabi dishes which are also good bet to order.Since we come from a Marwari family are Rajasthani dishes are the best in Hyderabad city.

After I started to look after the financial matter of the restaurant ,the first thing i did was to do automation.I brought 2 computers, one for the online orders which i receive from Zomato and Swiggy. Second desktop i use to take out order prints slips. I have told everybody in the staff what is their individual duties during restaurant hours.Previously there was Hoch pooch situation in the restaurant.Now the flow of work is good.Everybody knows their responsibility.We handle around 100 orders daily in spite of Covid 19 fear among the people.

After the chef ,i am the most hard working person in the restaurant.I have to deal with the waiter,cleaner and order manager . I am responsible that the customer gets their order on time. I have coordinate with all the people and see to that the customer does not have to wait for food for long.My motto is that the customer should go happy after having our food and our services.He should recommended our restaurant to other people also. Mouth publicity is the best advertisement. I have to see that the order manager has taken the order from the customer,the cleaner has cleaned the eating place and the waiter is provided the water to the customer on time.Fans have to be switched off where there are no customers sitting under that particular fan.
